These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nivantlabs.com and the digital products and services provided by NIVANTLABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“NivantLabs”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be capable of forming a legally binding contract to purchase from us. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Digital products and licence

Our products are digital — including online course access, guides and downloads. Unless stated otherwise, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the product you purchase for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly share the product or your access credentials.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are displayed at checkout in Indian Rupees (INR), with international pricing where applicable.
• Payment is collected through a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card details.
• You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise the charge for your order.

Delivery

Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are digital, they are generally non-returnable once delivered. We do, however, provide refunds in specific circumstances such as failed delivery, duplicate charges or the wrong product. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full process.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or products, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, infringing intellectual property, or using the content in any unlawful way.

Intellectual property

All content, courses, guides, trademarks and materials on the site are owned by or licensed toNivantLabs and are protected by applicable laws. Your licence to a purchased product does not transfer any ownership to you.

Our brands and third-party links

We operate our own brand properties (such as techedges.in and yukron.com) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NivantLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability arising out of or relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify NivantLabs against claims arising from your misuse of the site or products or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
