Self-paced classical mechanics in 8 modules, built as a spiral curriculum — from everyday intuition to Olympiad / F=ma-style problem solving, with worked examples, practice sets and home experiments.

8 modules live · keeps expanding
  1. Module 1

Module 1: Measurement, Units & the Scientific Method

Measurement, units, significant figures, dimensional analysis and the scientific method — the foundations of classical mechanics.

  2. Module 2

Module 2: Motion in One Dimension

Position, velocity and acceleration along a line — motion graphs, the constant-acceleration equations and free fall.

  3. Module 3

Module 3: Vectors & Motion in Two Dimensions

Adding and resolving vectors, projectile motion, and relative velocity — rivers, wind and rain.

  4. Module 4

    Module 4: Newton's Laws & Forces

Newton's three laws, free-body diagrams, weight, normal force, tension, inclines and connected bodies.

  5. Module 5

Module 5: Friction, Circular Motion & Gravitation

Static and kinetic friction, centripetal force on curves and loops, and Newton's law of universal gravitation and orbits.

  6. Module 6

Module 6: Work, Energy & Power

Work as force times distance, the work–energy theorem, kinetic and potential energy, conservation of energy, springs, machines and power.

  7. Module 7

Module 7: Momentum, Impulse & Collisions

Momentum and impulse, why conservation of momentum follows from Newton's third law, bouncy and sticky collisions, recoil and rockets.

  8. Module 8

Module 8: Rotation, Torque & Equilibrium

Angular motion, torque, moment of inertia, rolling, angular momentum and static equilibrium — rotation as the twin of straight-line motion.

We keep expanding this course — new modules are added regularly, and 1-year access covers everything published during that time.
